evadiosa.com is an adult classified-ads platform. By using the platform (including by creating an account, posting ads, or browsing content), you agree to these terms in full.

Age Requirement

The platform is exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement, and that you also meet any higher age requirement for accessing this kind of content in your own jurisdiction. We reserve the right to immediately delete accounts where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.

Prohibited Content

You may not post ads or other content that:

• Involves, depicts, or targets minors in any way
• Promotes, facilitates, or results from human trafficking or coercion
• Impersonates another person or organisation
• Shares another person's personal information without their consent (doxing)
• Is illegal under Danish or EU law
• Is deceptive, fraudulent, or harassing

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of your ads and for all actions taken through your account. You must ensure your ads comply with applicable law. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Platform Liability Limitation

evadiosa.com is a neutral hosting platform for user-generated content in accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). We are not a party to any agreement or transaction between users and accept no liability for content created by users.

To the extent permitted by Danish law, evadiosa.com disclaims all liability for losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from use of the platform or content published by users.

Content Moderation and Reporting

We reserve the right to remove content or disable accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Illegal content is removed as soon as we become aware of it.

Users can report offensive or illegal content using the report button on the ad. We are obligated to cooperate with authorities and share information when we receive a lawful request.

Suspension and Account Closure

We may suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Closure of an account results in the removal of associated ads and personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Danish courts.
